We started Constant Piece because we needed a place for our own minds to land. We’re a brother-and-sister team who simply know what it’s like when your brain won't shut off.

One of us spent a decade in the high-stress, always-on world of corporate IT and Sales support, watching the inbox pile up and feeling the heavy creep of burnout. The other navigates the daily, exhausting loops of chronic mental health challenges.
